THOUGHTFULLY SUPPORTING YOUR NEEDS AS YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS BRINGS UP WHAT NEEDS TO BE SEEN TO HEAL!
Behind the person
It was written in the stars that this would be my purpose. My “Sacred Contract” has been to meet the people that have come and gone in my life, to share these experiences and heal the parts of me that needed healing, and use my past as wisdom.
It’s a purpose I’ve waged an internal war with, and one I have finally come to terms with. It’s taken a lifetime to realize my potential, and now, I am fully invested and honored to have the privilege to serve others and where I gain the most fulfillment in my life.
For those of you who’d like to read more about the philosophies I draw from, I’ve included them below…
philosophies
Through my studies of the chakras, I resonate most with the work of Anodea Judith and Caroline Myss. It is within these philosophies and holistic frameworks that you can identify and address emotional, psychological, and spiritual blockages with greater ease and grace.
Integrating ancient Eastern wisdom with modern Western psychology, Anodea offers a comprehensive approach to personal and collective transformation, and Caroline’s philosophy centers on the idea that emotional, psychological, and spiritual imbalances contribute to physical illness, and with both healing involves deep self-examination, energetic integrity, and alignment with one’s soul purpose.
Combining these philosophies with Dr. Bradley Nelson’s The Emotion Code and The Body Code, and BJ Fogg’s Tiny Habits, I’ve found a formula that could help support your healing journey when applied in your daily life.
I intend to provide a supportive space where you can connect with your body, including your subconscious, using Eastern and Western approaches that are unique and simple.
Judith views the chakra system as an "architecture of the human soul," where each of the seven chakras corresponds to specific aspects of human experience—ranging from survival and sexuality to love, communication, intuition, and spiritual connection. This system serves as a roadmap for understanding and navigating the complexities of human consciousness.
I'll be sharing how these can be unearthed via your subconscious and released for good.
In her seminal work Eastern Body, Western Mind, Judith bridges the gap between Eastern chakra systems and Western psychological theories, particularly those of Jungian psychology. She correlates each chakra with developmental stages and psychological patterns, providing a framework for understanding how early life experiences influence our energy centers.
Utilizing this information along with The Emotion Code and The Body Code can uplevel the way you heal that’s fast and effective.
Judith emphasizes the concept of "charge" as the life-force energy that flows through the chakras. She explains that this charge is neutral but can manifest positively or negatively depending on how it moves through our system and the beliefs we hold. For instance, emotions like anger can be either destructive or productive, depending on how they are processed.
Book an Emotion Code or Body Code Session with me, and release 5-10 trapped emotions or 2-12 imbalances from your body within 25 minutes, for good!
In Chakra Yoga, Judith outlines practices that combine yoga poses, breathwork, affirmations, and meditations tailored to each chakra. These practices aim to balance and activate the energy centers, promoting physical health, emotional stability, and spiritual growth.
Along with these healing practices, you will find that The Emotion Code and The Body Code are an amazing addition to your existing routine.
Beyond individual healing, Judith extends the chakra model to societal development. In Waking the Global Heart, she discusses humanity's evolutionary journey from a focus on power to a culture centered on love and interconnectedness, suggesting that collective awakening is essential for planetary healing.
When you choose to work with me, together we can activate your subconscious and be part of the collective who are living a freer, lighter, and more awake life!
~ Anodea Judith is a prominent author, therapist, and teacher best known for her work on the chakra system, which she integrates with Western psychology, somatic therapy, and spiritual traditions.
Myss teaches that the human body has an energetic system akin to the chakra system.
Illness can result when energy flow is disrupted by emotional wounds, toxic beliefs, or unresolved trauma.
As a medical intuitive, she "reads" energy patterns to identify the psycho-spiritual roots of disease.
I'll be sharing how the Chakras were instilled in you, around what age, and how Energy Healing can bring them into balance.
In her book Sacred Contracts, Myss suggests we all have 12 core archetypes (e.g., Warrior, Victim, Healer) that shape our life journey.
Understanding these helps individuals recognize recurring patterns and make more conscious life choices.
Throughout my blogs, I'll be including small glimpses into these archetypes and how they could be helpful on your journey.
A term she coined to describe how people identify with their wounds and use them to define themselves.
She believes clinging to victim narratives can block healing and personal empowerment.
I intend to provide tools to help you move beyond your wounds and live an easier, lighter, and fuller life.
Myss teaches that life challenges are opportunities for spiritual transformation.
True healing often comes from surrender, forgiveness, and a willingness to see pain as part of spiritual growth.
When you tap into your subconscious through Energy Healing, there are so many possibilities that could assist you with surrender, forgiveness, and spiritual transformation.
This refers to the ability to interpret life symbolically—seeing beyond the literal to understand the deeper meaning behind experiences.
I'll be weaving in symbolisms that could deepen your understanding of the SELF, and how to understand others from a different perspective.
Healing requires reclaiming personal power by being honest with oneself and making choices that align with truth, not fear.
She emphasizes "energetic integrity"—the need to stop leaking energy through lies, gossip, blame, or regret.
Through Energy Healing, your subconscious can help you overcome this fear and open doors you never thought possible.
Myss sees faith as a spiritual technology, not religious dogma, and trust in a divine order.
She encourages listening for inner guidance and surrendering personal will to divine will.
When working with me, you will be fully trusting in a higher power to receive the answers for improved health and wellness.

Nelson believes that emotional experiences can leave behind "trapped emotions" — discrete energetic entities that lodge in the body and interfere with normal function, both physical and emotional.
These trapped emotions are thought to distort the body’s energy field, potentially causing pain, disease, and emotional dysfunction.
Releasing trapped emotions can feel as if huge boulders have been lifted off your chest, leaving room for positive change in your life.
One of his most well-known ideas is the Heart-Wall: layers of trapped emotions around the heart that can block love, connection, and creativity.
Releasing the Heart-Wall is described as a major step toward emotional healing and living a more open-hearted life.
Book an Emotion Code Session with me, and we can test if a Heart-Wall exists and start releasing trapped emotions immediately.
Nelson emphasizes the use of muscle testing (applied kinesiology) to access the subconscious mind, which he believes stores all information about one’s health, emotions, and trauma.
Practitioners use muscle testing to identify and release trapped emotions.
Your body is a true miracle and fully capable of providing the answers you need through muscle testing.
The subconscious mind is considered the “ultimate intelligence” of the body and can guide healing when accessed properly.
Healing is facilitated by asking the subconscious direct questions and interpreting the body’s responses through muscle testing.
Your subconscious has held onto every moment in your life (like your own personal database), and has the answers to improve your health. Let's see what's possible!
Nelson’s approach is strongly spiritual, often referencing God or divine intelligence as a source of healing.
He emphasizes prayer, intention, and a belief in the body’s innate ability to heal itself when energetic imbalances are removed.
Clients often use the terms cosmos, universe, and Divine. Use what resonates for you.
The methods are non-invasive, often performed remotely, and focus on energetic rather than biochemical or physical interventions.
With energy, there are no boundaries, which is why I can perform this work from across the world. It's one of the simplest ways to heal and move BEYOND YOUR WOUNDS!
~ Dr. Bradley Nelson’s philosophy integrates elements of energy healing, spirituality, and holistic wellness.
Instead of relying on motivation, you tie ("anchor") a new habit to a reliable existing routine.
Example: “After I brush my teeth, I will floss one tooth.”
Throughout the blog, I will share Tiny Habit "recipes" on how to create healthy habits when it comes to the chakras and moving beyond your wounds.
The key is to make the habit so small it feels effortless.
You don’t start with “run 3 miles”; you start with “put on running shoes.”
This technique may seem too simplistic. It is. It has to be for a new habit to kick in and stick.
Right after completing your tiny habit, celebrate with a fist pump, smile, or a mental “Yes!” to create a feeling of success.
Feeling good helps wire the habit into your brain.
Again, if this sounds too simplistic, you're in the right place. You have the Child Archetype within you that has a Light Side (empowered expression) and a Shadow Side (wounded expression). Your role is to be the loving guide and protector your inner child never had, and this means giving yourself positive reinforcement through positive emotions.
Motivation is unreliable; instead, focus on creating the right system (prompt, small action, positive feeling).
Tiny Habits focuses on designing behavior to fit your life, not forcing it.
Here at NK, we're not about forcing you into any action. It's about finding what works best for YOU so you can feel empowered and want to live your best life consistently.
Small behaviors often lead to bigger ones over time. You may start with two pushups and feel naturally motivated to do more, but the key is: doing the tiny version still counts as a win.
Keep a lookout for Tiny Habits "recipes" when it comes to the Chakras and moving BEYOND YOUR WOUNDS.
Example:
“After I pour my morning coffee, I will open my journal and write one sentence. Then I’ll smile and say, ‘I’m a writer!’”
This method helps people create sustainable habits without burnout.
When it comes to healing your whole body, this simple "recipe" for creating new habits is KEY to seeing change, for GOOD!
