What it looks like:
You talk about your thoughts, feelings, life history, and challenges.
The therapist listens, reflects, and helps you understand patterns and emotions.
Can involve deeper conversations about trauma, relationships, and self-perception.

Goal:
To heal emotional pain and improve mental health by exploring thoughts, feelings, and past experiences.

Main Tool: Goal setting, accountability, and mindset work. The client does most of the talking.
What it looks like:
Clarifying your goals (career, relationships, health, purpose, etc.)
Identifying obstacles and limiting beliefs
Creating actionable steps and a plan to move forward
Most (but not all) have regular check-ins for progress, motivation, and accountability
Focusing on present and future — not analyzing the past
Focus:
Where you are now vs. where you want to be
Habits, mindset, and blocks that may be in the way
Dreams, goals, motivation, and purpose
Tangible steps and timelines for success
Goal:
Help you move forward, stay motivated, and reach personal or professional goals
Build confidence, clarity, and momentum

Involves a lot of talking?
No — minimal talking is required.
What it looks like:
Practitioner uses muscle testing (applied kinesiology) to identify “trapped emotions” or imbalances.
Practitioner may ask a few yes/no questions to the body using muscle testing — not a detailed conversation.
Once identified, imbalances are cleared energetically, often using a magnet over the spine (governing meridian).
Focus:
Releasing trapped emotions or energetic imbalances from the body
Supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual balance
Working directly with the subconscious mind rather than conscious analysis
Tools used:
Muscle testing
Magnetic energy
Charts of emotions and imbalances
Example:
You feel unexplained anxiety. The practitioner identifies a trapped emotion from age 14 and clears it without needing you to recall or explain the memory.
Single Session
In your 1-1 Emotion or Body Code Session, I create and demonstrate a collaborative relationship that is a completely neutral, safe environment for my Client to determine their path in an organic way, where I retrieve the information through muscle testing and allow the Client’s subconscious to bring up what needs to be seen in that moment. Releasing trapped emotions that could be hindering the Client’s physical, mental, and/or spiritual wellbeing.
5-Sessions Offer
As in the Emotion Code process, so too with your 1-1 Body Code Sessions, I create and demonstrate a collaborative relationship that is a completely neutral, safe environment for my Client to determine their path in an organic way, where I retrieve the information through muscle testing and allow the Client’s subconscious to bring up what needs to be seen in that moment. Releasing imbalances in the body that could be hindering the Client’s overall wellness (mind, body, and spirit).
[1-HOUR OFFER]
This 1-Hour Session is a great way to dive deep into the Emotion Code or Body Code offers, and to muscle test whether you have a Heart-Wall that can be released. A Heart-Wall is an energetic barrier made of trapped emotions that the subconscious mind builds around the heart to protect it from further emotional pain. While it may offer short-term protection, it can block love, joy, and connection until the trapped emotions are released.
